Rapid Growth Marketing is looking for friendly, motivated individuals to join our in-store sales team in Portland, OR. We partner with top national brands to promote home utility and wireless services inside busy retail and grocery stores.
This is a face-to-face, customer-interaction role no door-to-door sales, cold calling, or business-to-business outreach. You’ll be working directly with customers, helping them understand our clients’ products and services, and closing sales on the spot in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
What You’ll Do
- Represent well-known brands and promote their products and services in local retail stores.
- Approach and engage shoppers in a friendly, upbeat manner.
- Educate customers about home utility and wireless service plans tailored to their needs.
- Drive sales through one-on-one conversations and clear product presentations.
- Set up branded displays and maintain a clean, professional setup.
- Track customer interactions and report daily activity to your team lead.
What You’re Selling
- Depending on the campaign, you’ll be promoting energy plans, internet, or wireless services (e.g., prepaid phone plans, home data packages).
- Full training is provided—no prior industry experience necessary.
Who We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, confident communicators who enjoy talking with people.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated to hit daily and weekly sales targets.
- Team players who can also perform independently.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus—but not required!
Compensation
- $16.30/hour base pay
- Average weekly earnings: $800–$1,200 (based on performance)
- Weekly bonuses and incentives available for top performers
