We are a regional trucking company based in the St. Louis, Missouri area seeking an experienced and results-driven Safety Coordinator / Safety Manager to join our team.
Remote Work Option Available:
Qualified candidates may work remotely from home, provided they reside within 75 miles of St. Louis, MO.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Strong working knowledge of DOT regulations, compliance requirements, ELD systems, and fleet maintenance programs.
- Experience with Motive is preferred but not required.
- Proven ability to manage safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with drivers and staff.
- Results-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing maintenance schedules, maintenance records, and compliance files is highly desirable.
- Recruiting and driver hiring experience is a significant plus.
Compensation:
Salary is negotiable based on experience, qualifications, and overall skill set.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
