Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.

Coordinate and schedule appointments across multiple regions and time zones.

Maintain and update calendars for multiple team members or departments.

Confirm appointments, send reminders, and handle rescheduling as needed.
Ensure efficient routing of appointments based on territory, availability, and priority.

Proven experience in a receptionist, administrative, or scheduling role.
