Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven leadership ability
- AS or BS degree in related technical field or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of working with customer drawings
- Good oral & written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Experience working w/ weather-stripping
- Experience with ISO9001\QS9000\IATF16949
- Experience w/ calibration requirements
- Experience with product testing
- Root cause analysis skills
- Experience with capability studies
- Experience with Control Plans & PPAP’s
Responsibilities:
Maintain controlled documents in Filehold in compliance with ISO/IATF standards.
Manage plant-wide calibration program in GageTrak, including scheduling and tracking.
Mai Maintain Quality Alerts and ensure timely communication of critical issues.
Maintain training records and track compliance for audits.
Support internal audits and help close findings by gathering evidence.
Assist with corrective actions and track closure progress.
Update boards and verify alerts are resolved.
Assist departments with work instruction updates and manufacturing documents.
Ensure audit readiness and reduce compliance risk.
