Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and other mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
- Install new appliances, HVAC components, and mechanical systems following manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Diagnose issues accurately using technical knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology, schematics, and system diagnostics tools.
- Operate company vehicles safely for maintenance tasks at various locations while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct mechanical systems repair and equipment maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with team members and clients about maintenance needs and repairs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair.
- Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools used for troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical systems.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair—including air conditioning—and kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Ability to operate maintenance tools, equipment repair machinery, and company vehicles responsibly.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform equipment installation, repair, and routine maintenance efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
- Experience working with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) procedures is highly desirable.
- Leadership qualities that enable effective teamwork and mentorship within the maintenance department.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
