Key Job Responsibilities
- Construction & Assembly: Build decks, pergolas, and pavilions, including setting posts, framing, and installing roofing systems.
- Site Management: Prepare work sites, manage materials, and ensure job sites are clean and safe.
- Technical Execution: Interpret building plans to ensure precise measurements and structural integrity.
- Material Selection: Work with various materials, including wood and composite, selecting appropriate hardware for longevity.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients regarding project progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Prior carpentry, framing, or deck-building experience is required, 5+ years preferred.
- Tools: Proficient in using hand tools and power tools (drills, saws, levels).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, digging) in various weather conditions.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver's license required.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
