What You’ll Do
As a Project Manager, you will lead key initiatives that support our operational, strategic, and continuous improvement goals. You’ll serve as a critical partner to the business—bringing structure, clarity, and execution to complex projects.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead and deliver multiple projects from initiation through completion
Define project scope, timelines, and success metrics in partnership with stakeholders
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources
Drive collaboration and accountability across cross-functional teams
Monitor progress, proactively manage risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on track
Communicate project status clearly with stakeholders and leadership
Manage project financials, including budgeting and forecasting
Ensure alignment with business priorities, governance standards, and best practices
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and PMO practices
What You Bring
We are looking for a motivated and organized professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of project management experience in a business, operational, or manufacturing environment
Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, or similar) preferred
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization
Experience with Microsoft 365 and project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.)
