Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Fuel Transport Drivers & Asphalt Oil Drivers to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely transporting fuel and related products to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. Responsibilities
- Safely operate a variety of commercial trucks, including tractor-trailers, tankers, flatbeds, refrigerated trailers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and other specialized vehicles.
- Load and unload fuel shipments using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or manual methods, adhering to safety protocols.
- Drive assigned routes efficiently while complying with all traffic laws and company policies.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and readiness; report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and records of fuel loads transported.
- Follow all safety procedures related to handling hazardous materials and fuel products.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that arise during transit.
Skills
- Proven experience in truck driving, including commercial driving with a focus on route delivery.
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles confidently.
- Familiarity with driving refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and other specialized equipment.
- Knowledge of load & unload procedures for freight including fuel products.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations related to transporting hazardous materials such as fuel.
- Excellent navigation skills for route planning and driving efficiency.

Requirements:
- CDL-Class A
- 24 months recent and verifiable tractor/trailer experience
- Tanker and Hazmat endorsements
- Clean MVR/CSA Record
Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
