The Highland Mint is hiring several full-time team members across our Production, Assembly, and Shipping departments.
We manufacture officially licensed sports collectibles, commemorative products, and precious metal products. Our facility includes a wide range of manufacturing, assembly, packaging, and fulfillment operations, so we are looking for people with different skill and experience levels.
Current openings include:
- Production and general manufacturing
- Press operation
- Assembly and packaging
- Shipping and fulfillment
- General production support / all-around positions
Some positions require previous experience, while others do not. If you're dependable, willing to work, and willing to learn, we provide training.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary based on the position and may include:
- Operating or assisting with manufacturing machinery and equipment
- Press operation and general production work
- Assembling and packaging finished products
- Inspecting products for quality and accuracy
- Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment
- Receiving, organizing, and moving materials and inventory
- Following work orders, production requirements, and safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Learning additional equipment and processes as your skills develop
- Assisting other areas of production when needed

Previous manufacturing, machine operation, warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, assembly, metalworking, or similar hands-on experience is helpful but not required for all positions.
Physical Requirements
Requirements vary by position and may include:
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive production or assembly work
- Ability to work around manufacturing machinery
- Some production positions require working in higher-temperature environments
Schedule
Monday through Friday
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Pay
$15.00 to $18.00 per hour starting pay, based on the position, experience, and demonstrated skills.
Additional increases are available based on performance, skills learned, and increased responsibility.
