Retail wireless sales associate
We are an authorized AT&T dealer operating inside a retail store. We work directly with customers in person, helping them choose wireless products and services that fit their needs.
This position is in-store only. You will be working scheduled retail hours alongside a team and an on-site manager. This is not a remote role and not commission-only.
About the Role
As a Retail Wireless Sales Associate, you will interact with customers face-to-face inside the store, providing customer support, product education, and wireless sales assistance. You’ll be part of a structured retail team with clear expectations, consistent scheduling, and ongoing support. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active throughout the day, and earning additional income through performance-based incentives on top of hourly pay.
Responsibilities (What You’ll Be Doing)
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Help customers with wireless plans, devices, upgrades, and account questions
- Clearly explain pricing, features, and available promotions
- Complete activations, upgrades, and sales accurately and ethically
- Follow all company sales guidelines and procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions
- Work toward individual and store performance goals
- Keep the sales area organized and presentable
- Support daily store operations and teamwork
- Provide a positive, pressure-free customer experience

Requirements (What We’re Looking For)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work on-site in an in-store retail environment
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends as needed
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day
- Basic comfort with smartphones, tablets, and point-of-sale systems
- Sales or retail experience is helpful but not required
- Reliable transportation to and from the store
- Professional attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn
