About Edelweiss
We're a 300-seat family biergarten serving real German & Hungarian food, imported beers, and a whole lot of Gemütlichkeit (good times and good company), proudly the Steinholding Capital of Phoenix. From singles nights to full-restaurant Oktoberfest buyouts, the bar is at the center of the energy — and our events business is growing fast.

Behind the bar, that means greeting every guest as they arrive, remembering regulars' names and orders, keeping the good times both fun and safe, and cleaning like it's a TV show the whole time.
What you'll do
- Pour our imported German drafts and build cocktails with speed and consistency while keeping the bar clean.
- Greet every guest as they arrive and say goodbye as they leave — remember your regulars' names and usual orders.
- Read the room: watch for the almost-empty glass, the guest looking around for help, and step in before you're asked.
- Serve alcohol responsibly under Arizona Title 4 — card anyone who looks under 30, never serve anyone under 21 or visibly intoxicated, and when in doubt, get a manager. Never guess.
- Look out for guest safety at last call — offer a rideshare and flag a manager if someone's too impaired to drive.
- De-escalate as a way of life. We never feed a negative moment; we control our behavior and turn the night around.
- Keep the bar TV, taps, wells, and glassware clean throughout the shift — Always Be Cleaning.
What you'll earn
- $12.70/hour plus tips — estimated $22–$30/hour with tips on a good night.
What we're looking for
- A friendly, guest-first personality — you genuinely like people and it shows.
- Bartending experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person who brings heart and hustle.
- Cool under pressure — you can keep a busy bar fun and safe, and de-escalate without confrontation.
- Must be 18+ and able to serve alcohol in Arizona (Title 4 alcohol training and Food Handler card as required).
- Organized, honest with tip reporting, and professional on a visible stage — no phones on the floor, private moments stay private.
- Available 20+ hours/week, including evenings, weekends, and Oktoberfest — our busiest, best season.
