Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Construction/Pool Installers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing pools, spas, and related construction projects. Your expertise will help bring clients' visions to life while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every job site. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize a wide range of skills, and grow within a fast-paced construction/pool installation environment. Must have reliable transportation, tools, and willingness to travel from site to site including sites in the Austin metro area.
Duties
- Install pools, including concrete forming, tile laying, and masonry work to create durable, high-quality structures.
- Operate equipment safely to prepare sites, excavate, and perform foundational work.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project specifications.
- Perform plumbing and electrical installations necessary for pool systems and related features.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements in order to pass city inspections.
- Apply finishing techniques to concrete decking
- Fabricate custom components using hand tools or fabrication equipment to meet project needs.
Experience
- 2 years proven experience in construction site work with a focus on pool installation or similar heavy civil projects.
- 2 years proven experience in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating processes.
- Required 2 years experience with various trades including masonry (concrete finishing, stucco), hardscaping, tile work, etc.
- 2 year proven hands-on experience operating power tools, various equipment, and performing concrete forming or masonry tasks.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring basics, and building codes related to pool construction is highly desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while adhering to safety protocols and project timelines.
