Three Cities Innovations is hiring motivated and customer-focused individuals for an AT&T Associate position for our expanding team in Killeen, TX. In this role, you will represent AT&T products and services while helping customers find wireless, internet, and connectivity solutions that fit their needs.
This position is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy face-to-face customer interaction, sales, technology, and building strong customer relationships. As an AT&T Sales Associate, you will speak directly with customers, explain available service options, answer questions, and assist with new service activations and account updates.
AT&T Associate Responsibilities
- Greeting and engaging customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Learning about each customer’s wireless, internet, and connectivity needs
- Presenting AT&T wireless plans, mobile devices, home internet options, and service bundles
- Explaining product features, pricing, promotions, and available service options clearly
- Assisting customers with new service activations, account updates, upgrades, and order processing
- Providing excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process
- Answering customer questions and helping resolve concerns with professionalism
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Staying informed on AT&T products, services, promotions, and technology updates
- Working with the sales team to meet individual and team sales goals
- Representing Three Cities Innovations and AT&T with integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation to the Killeen, TX area
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Comfortable speaking with customers in person
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Previous experience in sales, retail sales, wireless sales, customer service, hospitality, or account support is preferred but not required
