Position Overview
As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure continued clinical and financial success
- Maintain regulatory compliance and quality standards
- Partner with department leaders to drive performance and accountability
- Collaborate with the broader CCRC leadership team to ensure seamless integration
- Lead with autonomy while having the support and resources needed to succeed
Qualifications
- Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Nebraska (required)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator
- Demonstrated success in skilled nursing operations
- Strong leadership, financial acumen, and regulatory knowledge
- Passion for delivering high-quality, resident-centered care
- Ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
