The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients in accordance with the laws and rules that govern the practice of physical therapy in the state of Ohio. Although team members report directly to a team leader, they are also responsible to each other, to those they supervise ( and to other participants included in the patient care activities.
Minimum Qualifications
Physical Therapist rehabilitation team members must be licensed or certified with the respective profession (physical therapy), and meet the educational and/or certification requirements established by their professions (physical therapist must hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree). All academic degrees must have been granted from an accredited institution. Typically, one-two years’ experience working in a medical setting is preferred for all professionals hired. New graduates will be considered if they have completed a majority of their clinical work in this setting..
