About the Role
As an Industrial Electrical Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the operational integrity of our facility by ensuring all electrical systems function at peak performance. You will be responsible for diagnosing complex electrical issues, performing preventative maintenance, and executing installations to keep our production lines moving efficiently.
Responsibilities-
Diagnose and resolve complex electrical failures in 3-phase 480V systems to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, and control apparatus while adhering to strict safety and regulatory standards.

Program and troubleshoot Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to optimize machine performance.

Utilize precision testing equipment, including ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to verify circuit continuity and system safety.

Execute rigging tasks and safely operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and manlifts to access elevated work areas.

Collaborate with machine operators and production staff to identify root causes of equipment malfunctions and implement effective repairs.

Ensure all electrical installations comply with local, state, and federal building codes.

Completion of a recognized electrical apprenticeship or 4-8 years of documented industrial electrical experience.

Strong proficiency in troubleshooting industrial control systems and 3-phase power distribution.

Ability to interpret technical schematics and perform work at heights using ladders or scaffolding.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Formal training or certification from an accredited trade school.

Proven experience working in fast-paced, high-demand industrial environments.
