As a Front of House Shift Leader, you will own the front of house during your shift—leading people,
driving execution, and ensuring every guest's experience meets our standard.
What You Will Own:

Guest Experience and Hospitality: Model Chick-fil-A hospitality and provide a welcoming environment for all of our guests
- Drive-Thru & Throughput Sales: Lead a high volume drive-thru that is consistently moving
- Team Leadership: Lead from the line, coaching in real time

Shift Execution: Set positions and adjust as needed
