Position Overview
We're looking for an in-house IT Support Specialist to keep our team equipped and running. You'll be the go-to person for setting up and troubleshooting laptops, iPads, phones, printers, and other office and field technology. Some requests are routine, some need to be handled same-day, and this role is built for someone who can move quickly and keep their cool when several things need attention at once.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and configure new laptops, iPads, phones, and other devices for employees and field crews
- Provide fast, hands-on troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Maintain and repair office printers, network equipment, and shared devices
- Manage device inventory, user accounts, and equipment assignments
- Support employees remotely and on-site across office and field locations
- Coordinate with outside vendors or service providers when specialized issues come up
- Set up new hires with the equipment and access they need before day one
- Keep basic documentation on devices, logins, and recurring issues
Qualifications
- Experience troubleshooting laptops, mobile devices, printers, and general office IT
- Comfortable working independently and prioritizing urgent requests
- Strong communication skills, able to explain fixes to non-technical staff
- Experience with Microsoft 365 / Teams environment preferred
- Ability to lift and set up equipment as needed
- Reliable, responsive, and organized under pressure
