We are seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support our rehabilitation team. This role offers scheduling flexibility while helping residents improve independence and daily function.
Position Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist

Assist residents with ADLs, upper extremity function, balance, coordination, and functional mobility

Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising OT
-
Monitor resident response and communicate progress to the therapy team

Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary staff

Complete timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts COTA license required

Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
