Entech Engineering is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR operations across multiple offices. This role partners closely with the HR Manager to ensure consistent HR practices and a strong employee experience throughout the organization. This position is based in our HQ in Reading, PA, but offers the opportunity to work out of our Lititz/Lancaster and/or Pottsville, PA offices as well.

Partner closely with the HR Manager to ensure alignment, appropriate escalation, and consistent application of HR practices across the firm.

Serve as the primary resource for employee HR and benefits inquiries; advise supervisors on routine employee relations and escalate complex matters as needed.

Lead full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer letters for multiple offices.

Partner with universities, technical programs and early career partners to build talent pipelines.

Manage onboarding and offboarding in UKG Ready; conduct orientations, ensure documentation is complete, and coordinate logistics (access, IT, schedules).

Administer benefits enrollments and changes; support open enrollment, review invoices, and assist with leave management.

Support payroll changes and maintain HRIS (UKG Ready) data integrity; resolve simple HRIS issues.

Prepare and maintain compliance documentation (Unemployment, Workers Comp, ACA, EEOC, COBRA, FMLA, OSHA); assist with audits and reporting.

Administer engagement surveys; facilitate employee feedback and training logistics.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, I/O Psychology, or related field preferred; PHR/SHRM-CP a plus

3–5 years of experience in a similar role, (ideally in multi-office or professional services settings)

A minimum of 1 year of experience in active and passive recruiting, preferably for engineering or professional services-based positions

Experience with benefits, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance is required

Experience with HRIS—UKG/UKG Ready strongly preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication; approachable, and relationship-focused style

Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple ongoing activities
