Job Description:
- Safely transport milk in tanker trailers to processing plants.
- Deliver loads on schedule while complying with all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, delays, and delivery updates.
- Follow all food-grade handling procedures to maintain product quality and safety.
- Complete required logs, delivery paperwork, and ELD documentation.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers, producers, and processing facilities.
- Represent Red Stag LLC with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement.
- Minimum age of 23.
- Minimum 2 years of CDL-A driving experience.
- Minimum 1 year of liquid tanker experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Milk Handler Certification.
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Experience operating Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs).
- Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with dispatch.
- Ability to safely drop and hook trailers.
- Ability to climb tanker ladders and inspect trailer seals.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical requirements of the position
Wage Range: 75000.00 - 92000.00 per year
