We are an independent, physician-led wellness and aesthetics practice looking for a confident, intelligent, and highly reliable individual to join our growing team.
This is a unique hybrid position combining front desk/client experience, practice support, and social media management. We are looking for someone who is polished and professional, learns quickly, genuinely enjoys interacting with people, and feels comfortable being both behind the front desk and in front of a camera.
The right person will become an important part of our practice and brand. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, notices what needs to be done, communicates confidently, and is excited to grow with a small business.
What You'll Do
Front Desk & Client Experience
- Welcome clients and create a warm, elevated experience from arrival through checkout
- Answer calls, texts, and client questions confidently and professionally
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar
- Educate clients on services, memberships, packages, promotions, and skincare
- Assist with checkout, payments, rebooking, and follow-up
- Maintain an organized, polished front desk and client lounge
- Support providers and estheticians with daily practice operations
- Learn our treatments and product lines well enough to confidently guide clients
Social Media & Content
- Help manage the practice's Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
- Film and create engaging Reels, Stories, before-and-after content, educational content, and behind-the-scenes footage
- Assist with content planning and execution
- Capture high-quality photo and video content throughout the week
- Stay current on social media trends and translate them appropriately for a professional medical aesthetics brand
- Feel comfortable appearing on camera when needed
- Help showcase the personality, expertise, treatments, and overall experience of the practice
Who We're Looking For
You are confident, vibrant, personable, and professional. You communicate well, have strong common sense, and can work independently without needing constant direction.
You are also:
- Dependable, punctual, and consistent
- A quick learner who retains information and takes initiative
- Organized and able to comfortably manage multiple responsibilities
- Confident speaking with clients in person and over the phone
- Comfortable discussing services and making recommendations without being pushy
- Naturally adept at Instagram, TikTok, short-form video, and current social media trends
- Comfortable filming content and being on camera
- Detail-oriented with a polished, professional presence
- Interested in aesthetics, skincare, wellness, and the medical spa industry
- Excited to contribute ideas rather than simply wait for instructions
Previous medical spa, aesthetics, luxury hospitality, front desk, sales, or social media experience is strongly preferred.
Schedule
Wednesday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
We value flexibility and work-life balance and will do our best to accommodate scheduling needs with advance notice. However, consistent availability for the regular Wednesday–Saturday schedule is important to this position.
Training & Professional Development
The first 30 days will include structured, hands-on training in our services, technology, skincare lines, client experience standards, booking systems, and practice operations.
