Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Warehouse/Picker/Packer/Driver to join our fast-paced logistics team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for efficiently picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Your proactive approach will help us maintain high standards of inventory accuracy, safety, and timely delivery. Responsibilities
- Be able to properly and efficiently pull parts for an order, and put up stock.
- Accurately pick, pack, and verify orders in accordance with order specifications.
- Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, stocking shelves, and organizing materials to optimize warehouse space and efficiency.
- Prepare shipments by packing items securely, labeling packages correctly, and coordinating with shipping carriers for timely dispatch.
- Conduct quality control checks during order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and completeness before dispatch.
- Follow safety protocols diligently by using personal protective equipment (PPE), adhering to safety guidelines, and reporting hazards or incidents immediately.
Requirements
- Provide a valid driver's license.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and order processing accurately.
- Strong manual handling skills with the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly while following safety procedures.
- Experience in warehouse supervision or leadership roles is a plus but not mandatory; a proactive attitude towards teamwork is essential.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management and order fulfillment tasks.
- Commitment to safety protocol adherence and the use of PPE at all times during operations.
