Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii was born on the Big Island of Hawaii in 1989 with the dream of sharing American-grown, premium Hawaiian coffee from Kauai, Oahu, Maui, Moloka’i and Ka’u with coffee lovers everywhere.
In addition to coffee with a kick, we serve popular blended drinks, teas, food, and branded merchandise.
We’re committed to sharing the warm hospitality of the Aloha Spirit by creating a space where every customer can relax, enjoy themselves and fuel their inner badass.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create the Aloha spirit with every customer interaction
Produce Bad Ass beverages with speed and accuracy
Cleaning and upkeep in the shop
Cash handling
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in a similar role in the food service or coffee industry is preferred but not necessary.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Knowledge of Toast POS system or similar point-of-sale is a plus.
Available and punctual.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills.
A great attitude
Willingness to work within a team atmosphere
