What You'll Do:
As Associate Faculty, you will facilitate engaging, applied learning experiences that support students' professional and academic growth. Successful candidates will bring both industry experience and academic credentials, which will enable them to create dynamic classroom environments within our integrated global partner program focused on business and technology.

If selected, you will be assigned to teach one of the courses listed below in the English-language MBA program at the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in Beijing, or in one of the English-language undergraduate programs at Shenzhen Polytechnic University (SZPU) or Zhejiang Financial College (ZFC) in Hangzhou. More information about the graduate and undergraduate programs is provided below. Across all programs, teaching responsibilities include:

Job Requirements:
What You Bring:
- Master's degree in fields related to the course topics.

At least five years of professional, managerial, and leadership experience.

Minimum of three years of instructional experience in higher education or professional learning and development.

An understanding of the needs and interests of Chinese students, as well as their learning style and way of thinking.

An appreciation for Chinese culture and a general understanding of its customs, traditions, and values.

Passion for learning, teaching, and staying current with industry trends.

Ability to explain analytical and technical concepts in clear, practical, and accessible ways.

Support and Compensation
CityU provides the following each time an instructor is invited to teach a course session:
- Visa sponsorship

A $6,000 fixed fee plus a $500 allowance to cover local expenses.
