Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR / Recruiter to join our human resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. This role requires strong communication skills, knowledge in talent acquisition strategies. The HR / Recruiter will also play a key role in employee onboarding, relationship management, and supporting organizational development initiatives.
Duties
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Conduct employment law research to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate employee orientation sessions and assist with onboarding procedures to facilitate smooth integration of new hires.
- Build strong relationships with department supervisors to understand staffing needs and provide strategic staffing solutions.
- Maintain compliance with employment & labor laws while managing contracts and employee relations issues.
- Lead employer branding efforts through social media management and relationship management activities to attract top talent.
Requirements
- Minimum one year experience in HR/Recruiting
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage candidate offers effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and collaborating with department supervisors.
- Degree or HR Certificate
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities.
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
