The Opportunity
We have an immediate opening for a dedicated RBT or Trainee for a specific case in Denver, CO. With several new client approvals right around the corner, this position is the perfect launching pad for someone looking to quickly scale up to a rewarding, full-time career.

Your Daily Magic
- Deliver 1:1 Impact: Run engaging, one-on-one therapy sessions using both Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET) to help kids crush their independence goals.
- Track the Wins: Use our seamless electronic data collection systems to log daily progress and keep professional clinical notes.
- Team Up: Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs and families to ensure our "Champs" receive cohesive, high-quality care.
Who We're Looking For
- The Qualified: Current certified RBTs OR passionate individuals ready to complete their training and certify within 45 days of hire.
- The Basics: High school diploma required (a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a huge plus!).
- The Essentials: Ability to clear a Colorado state background check and a valid driver's license.
- The Energy: High physical stamina and a playful spirit—our learners are active, and you'll need the energy to keep up with them!
