We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and patient-focused Medical Assistant to join our growing clinic team in Denver. We are looking for a top-tier Medical Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering excellent patient care, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to work every day.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, friendly, and enjoys working closely with both patients and providers in a team-oriented clinic setting. Bilingual is a PLUS!
Responsibilities
- Check patients in and prepare them for appointments
- Room patients and obtain accurate vital signs
- Assist providers with patient care and procedures
- Perform drug screens and occupational health services
- Conduct physicals and assist with related documentation
- Collect bloodwork/specimens as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Communicate professionally with employers, patients, and staff
- Handle administrative duties including emailing, faxing, and scheduling
- Ensure exam rooms and clinical areas remain clean and organized
- Support clinic workflow and maintain efficiency throughout the day
Qualifications
- Previous Medical Assistant experience preferred
- MA Certification preferred but not required depending on experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable performing blood draws and drug screens
- Basic computer skills including email, faxing, and EMR systems
- Friendly personality with a positive and professional attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
