Job Summary
We are seeking a Quantitative Financial Analyst to develop and apply quantitative techniques that support securities and equities investing, financial-instrument pricing, and valuation analysis. The role will also support the identification and analysis of medical real estate investment assets using internal information and third-party data sources.
Duties
- Develop quantitative techniques to support securities investing, equities investing, and the pricing and valuation of financial instruments.
- Develop mathematical and statistical models for risk management, asset optimization, pricing, and relative-value analysis.
- Analyze financial data and investment opportunities to support investment decision-making.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive inventory of existing medical real estate investment assets using in-house information and third-party data.
- Compile, organize, and evaluate investment and market data for reporting and analysis.
Skills
- Master’s degree in Finance, Quantitative Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a closely related field.
- At least 24 months of experience in the offered position or as a Financial Quantitative Analyst, Quantitative Analyst, Business and Data Analyst, or a closely related role.
- Knowledge of quantitative modeling, financial analysis, securities and equities investing, valuation, and pricing of financial instruments
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
