Action AI Solutions is hiring 1099 sales representatives to sell AI-powered websites and automation tools to local small businesses. We're in one of the fastest-growing industries of the decade, and we're building an elite team to capture it.
What you'll do:
- Receive a daily list of qualified, researched leads we provide (you spend your time selling, not searching)
- Work the phones daily — outbound calls are the core of this role; we expect consistent dialing activity, not just emails
- Follow up email outreach with calls — every lead gets a real conversation, not just a click
- Walk interested prospects through a free demo website we've built
- Close them onto a monthly, quarterly, or annual plan
Compensation:
- 100% commission — no base salary
- 40% on every initial sale plus recurring commissions for 6 months per customer
- Realistic earnings: $80K/year for solid reps, $150K+ for top performers
- Weekly pay, every Friday
What we're looking for:
- Sales experience (cold calling, B2B, phone closing — any combo)
- Comfortable with 100% commission
- Self-motivated; can work independently from home
- Phone and internet setup ready to go
Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
