QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum of bachelor’s degree in education, social work, health, or a closely related field.
· Experience working with local community resources, agencies, and school system.
· Knowledge of the Community Schools Framework as a strategy for leading public schools and school systems (special education, pupil services, truancy, etc.)
· Knowledge of resources available to families within the community.
· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain partnerships and collaborate across diverse groups.
· Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
· Ability to analyze data and align resources to identified needs.
· Commitment to balanced opportunities, student success, and community-centered approaches.
Preferred Qualifications
· Bilingual in Spanish
· Experience within a PreK-12 setting
