Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Independent Contractor to specialize in property turnover cleaning. This role focuses exclusively on vacant properties (move-in/move-out cleans). Because all properties are empty, the work is efficient, fast-paced, and focused on deep-cleaning surfaces, appliances, and fixtures to prepare them for new residents.
What You Will Do
Perform high-quality deep cleans of vacant apartments, homes, and condos.
Detail kitchens and bathrooms, including the interior of appliances (ovens, refrigerators, cabinets).
Clean floors, baseboards, window tracks, and light fixtures.
Ensure properties meet "white-glove" standards for new move-ins.
Future Growth: We are currently expanding into commercial cleaning; contractors who show high performance and reliability will be the first to be offered commercial contract opportunities.
Requirements
Reliability: You must be punctual and capable of meeting strict turnover deadlines.
Equipment: Must provide your own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment (e.g., vacuum, mop, microfiber cloths, and necessary cleaning solutions).
Experience: Previous experience with move-in/move-out or professional cleaning is required.
Professionalism: As a contractor, you are a representative of our brand. Strong communication and a detail-oriented mindset are essential.
Transportation: Reliable transportation to job sites in the Tampa area and greater.
