Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Senior Project Manager/Regional Operations Manager to help expand our services into the South Jersey/Philadelphia market. Extensive experience in the retail and bulk storage petroleum industry is required. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving project success from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multiple remediation projects, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, schedules, budgets, and quality control standards.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to foster collaboration and accountability.
- Develop and implement detailed project workplans.
- Oversee schedule coordination, ensuring timely regulatory deliverables while managing risks effectively.
- Monitor project costs while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.
- Ensure safety protocols are rigorously followed on all sites, promoting a safe work environment for all personnel.
Experience
- Proven experience managing retail and bulk storage petroleum remediation projects throughout the tri-state area.
- Extensive background in scheduling, project coordination, and site management.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations, safety standards, and compliance procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities.
- Prior success managing complex projects within budgets and timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
