Now Hiring: Fee-for-Service Therapist (Remote – New York Licensed)
I'm looking for a compassionate, motivated therapist to join my growing private practice. My caseload is currently full, and I'm looking to bring on a clinician who is interested in building a caseload while working in a supportive, flexible environment.
Danielle Madonna Psychotherapy services worths with 12+ and up. Most clients are seeking inner child work, attachment wound healing, C-PTSD/PTSD, and first responders/ mens mental health. If you have experience in any of these areas, that's a plus but not a must.
Position Details:
- Fully remote
- Fee-for-service (1099)
- Must be licensed (or license-eligible if supervision is needed) in New York
- Start with approximately 3–5 referrals with the opportunity to grow your caseload if desired
- Create your own schedule with complete flexibility
- Evening and weekend availability is a plus, but not required
This position is a great fit for someone who:
- Is not currently building their own private practice and wants referrals provided
- May already work for another group practice and is looking to supplement their caseload

Requirements
- Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid licensure or certification applicable to your state (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) with current licensure in good standing.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Ability to work as an independent contractor (1099/Fee-for-Service).
- Minimum of 1-2 years post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
- Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Comfortable using electronic health records and telehealth platforms.
- Availability for a minimum caseload commitment of 3-5clients weekly, to grow if desired.
- Evening availability at least 1-2 days per week preferred.
- Having a private HIPPA compliant space to offer therapy services virtually.
- Values depth-oriented therapy over purely symptom-focused treatment
- Ideal candidates should have experience or a strong interest in:
- Trauma and complex trauma (C-PTSD)
- Attachment wounds and relational trauma
- Codependency and family-of-origin issues
- Experience working with adolescents
- Childhood emotional neglect and abuse
- Anxiety disorders
- Men's mental health
- First responder populations
- Adult survivors of sexual abuse
- Life transitions and identity development
- Is collaborative and open to consultation and case discussion.
Demonstrates strong boundaries and professionalism.
Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
