What You'll Do
- Coach and supervise early intervention providers using evidence-based ESDM practices.
- Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Behavior Therapy teams to provide coordinated, multidisciplinary care.
- Develop individualized assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and clinical recommendations.
- Review clinical documentation, programming, and client data to support high-quality service delivery.
- Partner with families through education, coaching, and ongoing collaboration.
- Provide services and supervision across clinic, home, school, and community settings.
- Receive advanced training in the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and other evidence-based developmental intervention approaches.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Master's degree in Child Development, Human Development, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a closely related field.
- Experience working with young children with autism or developmental delays.
- Strong understanding of child development and early intervention.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative, positive attitude and passion for working within a multidisciplinary team.
- A valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and willingness to travel between Smile clinic locations, client homes, schools, and community settings as needed.
- Proof of current automobile liability insurance meeting California minimum coverage requirements.

- Supervisory or mentoring experience
- Early Intervention experience
- Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), DIR/Floortime, or ABA experience
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
