Dishwasher
Claw & Hammer is seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. The Dishwasher plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment, ensuring that all dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and ready for service.
Key Responsibilities

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area and kitchen

Ensure all kitchen equipment is sanitized and stored properly

Assist with trash removal and recycling duties

Sweep and mop floors in kitchen and dish areas

Support kitchen staff with basic prep work as needed

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards

Restock clean items such as plates, utensils, and glassware

Maintain a positive and team-oriented attitude during busy service periods
Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment preferred but not required

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Strong attention to cleanliness and detail

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (including nights, weekends, and holidays)

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
