As a Field Service Technician, you will serve as a vital resource for homeowners, diagnosing complex mechanical issues and performing expert repairs on a wide range of household appliances and refrigeration units to ensure optimal performance.
Responsibilities-
Execute precise diagnostic procedures to identify electrical and mechanical faults in home appliances.

Perform high-quality repairs, including motor replacements and component maintenance, to extend the lifespan of customer equipment.

Communicate technical findings and repair options clearly to homeowners to build trust and ensure satisfaction.

Maintain an organized service vehicle and manage inventory levels to ensure efficient daily operations.

Utilize mobile technology to document service history, track parts usage, and manage daily work orders.

Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.

Proven mechanical aptitude with a strong ability to troubleshoot complex systems.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.

Proficiency in using mobile devices for documentation and scheduling.

Physical capability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in varied positions including kneeling and climbing.

Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.

Prior professional experience in appliance or refrigeration repair.

Current EPA Type I Certification.

Demonstrated history of excellence in customer-facing service roles.
