World Wellness Clubs is a wellness recovery center and medical spa offering 30+ modalities — including red light therapy, infrared sauna, hyperbaric chamber, cold plunge, PEMF, compression therapy, oxygen therapy, EMS suit training, peptides, and GLP-1 treatments. Our mission is to make wellness and recovery accessible community by community through memberships, franchising, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
Position Summary
We're seeking an experienced Business Consultant to help guide World Wellness Clubs through its next stage of growth — strengthening operations, sharpening strategy, and expanding revenue channels including memberships, franchising, and B2B partnerships. This role blends high-level strategic advisory with hands-on execution, including digital marketing strategy to support member acquisition and brand growth. Candidates with a medical or wellness industry background are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on business strategy, growth planning, and operational efficiency across the club and its service lines
- Support development and refinement of franchising, joint venture, and reseller/sponsorship program structures
- Analyze pricing, membership tiers, and revenue streams; recommend improvements based on market data
- Guide digital marketing strategy — including social media, paid ads, content, and lead-generation campaigns — in coordination with marketing staff/contractors
- Evaluate and improve sales processes, CRM usage, and lead conversion funnels
- Assist in preparing materials for board members, investors, and strategic partners
- Identify and vet potential B2B partnerships, sponsorships, and joint ventures
- Provide financial and operational insights to support fundraising and expansion planning
- Benchmark performance and offerings against competitors in the South Florida wellness/med spa market
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business consulting, strategy, or operations — medical, wellness, med spa, or healthcare industry background strongly preferred
- Demonstrated skill in digital marketing (social media strategy, paid advertising, content, lead generation)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing strategy, revenue modeling, or financial planning
- Experience with franchising, membership-based businesses, or multi-location operations a plus
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting to founders, board members, or investors
- Self-directed and comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
Compensation
- Competitive rate based on experience (hourly, project-based, or retainer — negotiable)
- Potential for equity/profit-sharing participation for long-term engagement
