Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook and a Pizza Artist and a Sandwich Artist to join our team in a dynamic kitchen environment. If you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a fast-paced culinary setting, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning
- Assist in meal preparation according to recipes or as directed by the chef
- Operate kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, and blenders
- Cook and plate dishes accurately and efficiently during service
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Ensure food safety standards are met at all times
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and meal preparation techniques
- Familiarity with knife skills and culinary tools
- Experience in menu planning and food handling procedures is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
