About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Your duties will include assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing basic nursing care, including vital sign monitoring and medication assistance. You will also collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide basic nursing care, including vital sign monitoring and medication assistance
• Assist with mobility and transferring residents as needed
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care
Requirements:
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Ohio
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
