- Education: Bachelor's in Business, Economics, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- 8+ years of experience.
- Prior experience in the construction and/or engineering industry, specifically in the data center industry, is preferred.
- Prior sales leadership experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of preconstruction and construction concepts and principles.
- Ability to perform complex tasks typically following established processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organization, coordination, alignment, and collaboration skills. Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Business travel as required.
