Summary
As a Lead Certified Pharmacy Technician at CareOne Pharmacy, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective administration of medications to our patients. Located in a dynamic environment that prioritizes quality care, this position is essential for maintaining our high standards of service and support.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of technicians in the department
- Manage the cycle schedule in coordination with the team
- Responsible for meeting pre-scheduled deadlines
- Timely and accurate communication
- Address problems or issues that arise throughout the day
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations while maintaining patient confidentiality
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
Qualifications
- Current IL license for Pharmacy Technician AND Certification
- Prior leadership experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
