- Understanding diverse manufacturing processes such as molding, machining, welding, and assembly.
- Strong project management skills.
- Knowledge of electronic/electrical specifications and standards (commercial and military).
- Root Cause and Corrective Action Methodology.
Product Line Specific Qualifications
- Power Electronics - Electronics experience - PCB/PCBA manufacturing (SMT, selective soldering, conformal coating, testing, etc) Design for manufacturing and assembly for electronics.
