Our Methuen, MA client is looking for a temporary part time Customer Service Rep to join their team for 6-8 weeks!
Responsibilities of the Part Time Customer Service Rep
- Answer phones
- Input customer information on intake form
- Proficient with data entry
- Work closely with technicians on completed job order form
- Other administrative duties when assigned
Qualifications of the Part Time Customer Service Rep
- Proficient with Word and Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Must be professional and detail oriented
32 hours a week on site. Pay depends on experience, $22-$23hr
