Accounting Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization
· Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
· Perform account reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of financial data
· Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
· Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
· Conduct general ledger reconciliation
· Prepare and post journal entries
Experience:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
· Must have experience in a medical facility
· Associate degree in accounting or related field; bachelor’s degree preferred
· Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks Desktop
· Strong knowledge of account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and general ledger reconciliation
· Strong knowledge and experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. A solid understanding of accounting principles and the ability to effectively communicate financial information is essential.

Pay: $23.53 - $30.00 per hour
