We are looking for a Digital Operations & Marketing Specialist who wants to help us activate idle revenue channels, strengthen our eCommerce platform, and bring marketing execution in-house.
This role is not just about running campaigns or maintaining a website. It is about ownership — of our retail channels, our eCommerce content, and our digital presence — and about building the on-site capability that lets Bailey’s move faster and rely less on outside vendors.

This role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.

What This Role OwnsRetail Channel Management
- Day-to-day management and optimization of Rithum, Bailey’s multi-channel eCommerce platform
- Activate and operate Channels like Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other channels currently sitting idle
- Identify and capture revenue opportunities across channels not yet in active operation
eCommerce & Web Platform
- Own Magento content, product attributes, and continuous platform improvement.
- Manage authorization and role management within Magento
- Coordinate Magento updates, enhancements, and maintenance projects
- Serve as Bailey’s secondary internal interface with ITM Development, our website vendor — scoping, coordinating, and reviewing work to reduce unnecessary billable hours and accelerate resolution
- Work toward progressively reducing Bailey’s dependency on outside web vendors
- Partner with Bailey’s Systems Administrator on bWeb performance improvement efforts
Marketing & Content
- Lead the inbound migration of marketing execution — catalog work, digital content, product photography coordination, and channel creative — from external vendors to internal ownership
- Own catalog preflight and production using the Adobe Creative Suite
- Manage media content and static page updates across digital platforms
Project & Operations Support
- Project manage the key account portal buildout in coordination with Bailey’s IT and ERP teams
- Resolve shipping rate accuracy for large and freight items — a direct contributor to margin recovery
- Understand Bailey’s product catalog, customer archetypes, and field use cases well enough to make informed decisions about catalog content, channel strategy, and digital presentation
What Success Looks Like
- Rhythm and Bailey’s retail channels are actively managed and growing in profitable revenue
- Magento is optimized, not just maintained
- ITM billable hours and vendor dependency are trending down
- Marketing execution is increasingly produced in-house
- The key account portal is live and improving customer experience
- Shipping accuracy issues on freight orders are resolved
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms (Magento or similar)
- Familiarity with multi-channel retail tools (Rithum, Amazon Seller Central, or similar)
- Comfort with the Adobe Creative Suite for catalog and marketing production
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Genuine business acumen — an interest in understanding our products, our customers, and how they’re used in the field
- Someone who wants to build capability in-house as well as manage vendors from a distance
