Momma Chan LLC is seeking dependable and motivated Full-Time Cannabis Farm Technicians to support daily operations in a licensed indoor cannabis cultivation facility. This hands-on role includes plant care, sanitation, and general labor tasks in a fast-paced, regulated production environment.
Cannabis experience is preferred but not required. We provide training for reliable candidates who are hardworking, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with cannabis cultivation tasks including watering, pruning, defoliation, transplanting, bucking, and harvesting
- Maintain clean and sanitary work areas, tools, and equipment
- Perform general labor duties such as sweeping, mopping, sanitation, and facility upkeep
- Load, unload, and transport materials, supplies, and equipment
- Follow daily production schedules and meet team production goals
- Support supervisors and team members with assigned operational tasks
- Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, and workplace regulations
- Identify and report safety hazards or equipment concerns
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older (required for cannabis employment)
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable performing repetitive, physical, hands-on work
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Experience in cannabis cultivation, construction, farming, landscaping, or general labor
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic equipment
- Experience in cleaning, sanitation, or regulated work environments
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8+ hour shifts
- Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and repetitive hand movements
- Regular lifting up to 50 lbs (heavier loads with assistance)
- Ability to work in humid indoor environments with strong plant odors
Work Environment
- Indoor, temperature-controlled cannabis cultivation facility
- High humidity and frequent exposure to plant material and airborne particles
- Fast-paced, team-oriented production setting
