Position: Welding Instructors (Evening Classes)
Locations: Buena Vista, VA – Wilson Center and Clifton Forge, VA - Main Campus
About the Position:
As a Welding Instructor, you will deliver high-quality instruction in our evening classes, providing students with hands-on training and theoretical knowledge in welding techniques, safety protocols, and industry standards. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to mentor students and contribute to workforce development in our community.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging welding curriculum for evening classes
- Ensure a safe learning environment adhering to safety regulations
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper safety protocols are followed
- Collaborate with program staff to enhance course offerings

Proven experience in welding, fabrication, or related trades
