Koala Tea in Oklahoma City, OK is looking for one shift lead to join our team. We are located on 4236 NW Expressway Suite 112. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable. Prefer prior experience in managing at similar jobs, but willing to train those who are qualified and the right fit. Flexible scheduling. Pay is hourly wages + tips!!!

Responsibilities

Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
- Ensure team members are following guidelines and protocols set forth by the manager and owners.
- Close out register and deposit cash at the end of the night.
- Manage 2-3 staff members a shift to provide customers the service that is expected at Koala Tea.
- Handle customer/staff issues as needed in the immediate.
