What You’ll Be Do
- Lead a 2-person install crew (you + helper).
- Fabricate and install sheet metal ductwork (layout, build, install to spec)
- Run jobs start-to-finish with quality, efficiency, and professionalism
- Use iPad-based checklists for job completion and documentation
- Maintain a clean truck and job site (we respect the customer’s home)
- Train and mentor helpers to build a stronger team
What We’re Looking For
- Have 3+ years HVAC install experience ( Required)
- Have EPA Certification (Required)
- Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems
- Ability to lead a job and manage a helper
- Understand and follow OSHA safety rules
- Can communicate clearly with customers and your team
- Comfortable using iPad / digital paperwork
- NATE certification is a plus (not required)
